ANDREJ MALETIC
Strategic Founder Advisor

Every Founder reaches a Breaking Point.

Mine changed Everything.

I became the mentor I needed when I was drowning in pressure, doubt and isolation. Here's the truth behind how founders actually transform.

Read my Story

If you're running west looking for a sunrise, you'll never find it.

Sometimes the only thing that needs to change is the direction, not the effort.

This was the truth I had to learn the hard way before anything began to shift.

Let me tell you the truth about how my journey actually started.

I didn’t begin with confidence.
I began with pressure, doubt, and the feeling that everyone else had a roadmap I somehow missed.

I tried every strategy I could find, branding, marketing, courses, systems but nothing moved the needle.
The harder I worked, the further behind I felt.

I was a solo founder pretending I had it together.
Inside, I was drowning.

I wasn’t asking for help.
I wasn’t building partnerships.
I wasn’t leading, I was surviving.

The truth is, I wasn’t stuck because I lacked intelligence or effort.
I was stuck because I was operating from an identity built on doing everything alone.

And when you build from that place, momentum becomes impossible.

If you’re carrying the same weight I was, you might feel:

  • Like you should already know what you're doing

  • Quietly doubting your judgment even when the answer is clear

  • Overthinking every decision until momentum disappears

  • Working harder but not actually moving forward

  • Carrying pressure privately while performing confidence publicly

  • Wondering why everyone else seems to have the roadmap you don’t

  • Feeling capable of more but unable to break through the ceiling

The moment everything broke and everything opened.

There came a point where more effort stopped working.
More hours. More force. More hustle.
Nothing moved.

So I did something completely unfamiliar to me:

I stopped.

I stepped away for a weekend — not to recharge, but because I had nothing left to give.

And somehow, in the quiet, something became obvious:

It wasn’t my ability holding me back.
It was the direction of my energy.

When I let go of the “one-man army” identity,
the version of me that had to solve everything alone,
a new space opened inside me.

And in that space, something else emerged:

Clarity.
Confidence.
Direction.
Momentum.

Everything unlocked, not because I changed who I was
but because I changed how I saw myself.

And once that shifted…
everything else did too.

Identity, not strategy is what changed everything.

Break the old identity → Birth the new identity

The identity that had to Die

  • The lone-wolf founder who believed he had to carry it all.

  • The boy proving he was “strong enough” by doing everything alone.

  • The version of me who equated effort with worth, hustle with progress.

  • The identity that said “If I stop pushing, everything will collapse.”

Letting that version go felt like free falling… but it was the only way forward.

The Shift that changed Everything

  • I stopped sprinting in the wrong direction long enough to see the truth.

  • I wasn’t broken, I was misaligned.

  • I wasn’t failing, I was operating from the wrong identity.

  • When I finally stepped out of the “one-man army,” the pressure lifted.

  • I asked for help. I leveraged people. I stopped playing small.

And suddenly… the momentum started coming to me instead of from me.

The Founder I Became

  • A founder who leads with clarity instead of chaos.

  • Someone who knows when to ask, when to partner, when to let go.

  • A creator who builds from identity, not insecurity.

  • A mentor capable of guiding other founders through the same transformation.

This is the identity I help founders step into, the version of themselves they’ve always felt but never learned to access.

When the identity shifted, everything started moving.

Revenue started flowing again.
Not because I changed my product — but because I stopped operating from panic and started leading from clarity.

Deals landed that had been stuck for months.
Once I dropped the “I have to do it all myself” identity, the right people and opportunities finally had space to come in.

Confidence came back stronger than ever.
Not fake, performative confidence — grounded internal certainty that reshaped every decision.

Direction became obvious.
When the fog lifted, the next steps stopped feeling like guesswork… and momentum became natural again.

Why I Help Founders Now

I help founders because I know what it feels like. The pressure, the doubt, the silence.

That’s why I do this now. I became the advisor I never had.

Because when a Founder has the right support, everything shifts. Clarity, confidence, direction, momentum.

Helping founders unlock that shift is the most meaningful work I’ve ever done.

Why Founders Trust me when Everything is on the Line

This work isn’t theoretical.
It comes from a decade of building, breaking, rebuilding, scaling, exiting and helping other founders do the same.

  • 2025 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist

  • Built, scaled, and exited companies across FMCG, consumer brands, and AI tech

  • Winner of a venture-backed pitch competition judged by leading investors

  • Spoken on stages from local events to international platforms alongside globally recognized entrepreneurs

  • Guest Lecturer at major Australian universities

  • Industry Business Mentor at Griffith University

  • Led companies through product development, branding, distribution & scale

  • Known for turning overwhelmed founders into decisive leaders with clarity and momentum

But none of that is the real reason I do this.
It's because I refuse to let founders go through the journey the same way I did.

If you’ve hit your limit, you’re not at the end.

You’re at the turning point.

Most founders quit right before everything opens.
This is where everything changes.
